Are you eating proteins along with your carbs? Also, are you eating "good" carbs such as whole wheat bread vs. white bread, white rice, crackers, etc. along with fruits and veggies? Sugar free Jell-O also helps me get through sometimes. Just the sense of eating, but with no calories.

I to go thru that from time to time, Im type 2 also exercise and watch what I eat daily. No insulin as of yet! It happens to me after my dinner usually, about a hour after Im starving all over again, so I just do a small snack after I take my bloodsugar. Then Im good thru the night.

I do the same as Elrond. I also have learned to live without crackers and all the goodies that go along with a little snack. Nuts are a great way to kill that hungar and drink a lot of water.

I'm a type 1 and on insulin. When I get hungry but can't afford carbs, I eat cheese and /or smoked sausage. In my pre-diabetic days, I would have included crackers but I've learned to do without them. The meat and cheese add up to a very low carb count.

I drink a lot of water and that make me feel full all the time it even make me feel less hungry. I have to make my self eat. Try drinking water with your meals and see if that help you and if not call your doctor he should have some one on call that can give you some advice. You are special and God loves you, Keep smiling
