Does anyone find that sitting at the computer for hours like I do makes your sugar low? Is it possible that this could be one way to help lower BS? IS it like exercising? Because your moving your hands, arms,& body. Yesterday, I ate late breakfast about 11:00 a.m. then I didn't eat again until 11:00 p.m.. Because I wasn't hungry. I realized that I was on here so long that I didn't feel anything until I got up and I felt ill,then that when I knew my sugar was low. Have this happen to anyone else?
