Do energy drinks really work, helping you get going when you are tired?…sometimes they help me and other times they don't.
Whats do you think is a good brand?

I actually use PowerAde Zero which is carb free before I try to do my therapy exercises. It actually gives me the energy i need without the high sugar prior to the therapy.

the level of caffein in those energy drinks is very high and cause tremors and heart palpitations. being dehydrated can make one low in energy. try a glass of water and a walk (even a short one)

It depends on your total carb allowance. Most of them are
high carb and basically not good for a diabetic. Its up to
you if you want to give up food carbs to cover an energy

some have a lot of carbs others dont
they all are bad for you like smoking caffeen but its up to you
