Diabetes alternative treatment

Everyone frequently come across claims about diabetes treatment by alternative medicine in particular natural herbs and raw food therapy. Are any one tried these medicine treatment? if so what is your experience whether you are satisfied or not. At least there is any small improvement if not at least there is no side effects.

I'm taking a number of different supplements with varying degrees of success. When I first started with them I was pretty skeptical but I believe that they have made a difference and are helpful with a variety of issues.

Like everything else D related what works for me may not work for you. My goals in general are to improve insulin sensitivity, eliminate nueropathy, become more resistant to glycation.

There are a number of herbs and vitamins that can be helpful but you need to do some research, talk to your health care provider and then experiment.

There have been a number of discussions that you can access in the archives about alternatives. I have found good luck with Gymnema, Apple Cider Vinegar, as example.

It seems to me that what you get out of alternative treatments is just that alternative if it works it is slight
I dont risk my life on the unnown.
this is my life and I know every one needs to make a living but dont risk others lives to make a buck.
