A friend in Switzerand, who is a nurse, told me that my stress levels can effect my sugar numbers. i am keeping a journal this week to see if that is true. Does anyone know about this?

STRESS find a way not to worry part of nature (fight or flight) either choice will require adrenlin & sugar to survive so your body supplies both and other stuff to boot as a result your glucose levels will spike, been there done that

sooo chill out whenever you can

Yes, your friend is right. Stress can affect your numbers.
That is why its important to have outlets for stress. Exercise helps, keeping a personal journal, prayer, friends
and family. everyone here at Dconnect is willing to share,
and listen. Keep coming back. There are discussions on
going where you can share anything.

I totally agree about diabeticconnect. I suggested this website to a chatfriend who just found out her grandmother has diabetes and she is worried. I hope she comes onboard.
