When diagnosed my blood pressure was a little high. The doctor put me on Meds for high blood pressure. Said to protect my kidneys. When on Meds it was 90/50. I asked the doctor if it was a little low and he said it was ok.

After about 7 weeks on Meds I couldn’t tolerate the side effects anymore and quit taking them. Since the end of April my blood pressure has averaged 110/70 since stopping the Meds.

I bought a blood pressure meter and take my blood pressure three times a day at least. It’s almost always less than 120/80 and at night it is often 90/50 with out Meds.

I don’t have to worry about it any more. But I still measure 3 times a day or more just to make sure.

I can say I have never heard of anyone having lower B/P.
Higher B/P Yes. Everyone is different. I would say its a
blessing its coming down.
