Is it dangerous for a type 2 lady to get pregnant, if her surgars are always in the upper 200's?

Dangerous for the mom, the baby or both? Healthy fetal development is dependent on mom's good nutrituion. If your sugars aren't controlled by definition you aren't getting good nutrition. If a woman knowingly gets pregnant with uncontrolled sugars, I think it is irresponsible and/or selfish without regard for what it truly means to be a parent: to be a mature, nuturing adult for a growing, evolving, developing little one. My opinion only.

I dont think so but you do need to get it to gether and take care of it.
If you can keep it at 200 you can do better and I think you know it
