I am trying to find a reliable yet affordable food scale. If anyone uses or knows of a good digital food scale please let me know.

I know of two site that offer food scales. Dlife and the
Calorie King. It will depend on the amount you want to
spend. Good Luck

I will definately check the Dlife site for a good scale. Hopefully I can find a scale that both helps me maintain my weight and help me with bg on food items that are not listing the carbohydrate content. Thanks again spiritwalker.

I like the My Weigh 7001DX. It's a great scale, pretty much indestructible (mine's been dropped many, many times!), very accurate, lifetime warranty, made in the USA and has some nice features. $35 from Old Will Knott (best scale reseller out there) but I would recommend getting the A/C adapter which adds $5.
