ive been dealing with foor and leg problems non stop for 7 months.im on nurotin and fluid pills for it.doesnt seem to do anything for me.
ive had a limp from the pain for about 6 months, and it just seems to be gettin worse.im at the point now if i walk for more hat 10 minutes im in severe pain.
i lay on th cout in the evening with my feet elevated and ive notice the that my left foot is curved to the left (my big toe side is rised higher the the other side) and my ancle feels like its broken when i walk on it.and when i stand up and look at my feet the right points straight and the left is bowed to the left, ancle the size of a orange, and i cant move my last 3 toes anymore
is this caused from neropothy???
i need some info to try to explain the problem to the doctor, cause i tell him my feet are in pain and its hard to walk buthe ony see's me sittin on the bed while im there,he doesnt see the difficutly i have walking
im at the point now i dont even want to walk at all now and thinking whats the sence of eating a handfull of pills 3 times a day when nothings really changed sence i started taking them.
i take metformin 500mg twice a day and my bloos sugar doesnt even drop below 170 or 180.i can fast for 12 hours and check it and its 200.
im 37 years old and feel like im 50.my hairs falling out, teeth are falling out;pain all day and night…i see people on here that had problems for years andyears…how do you do it??? im tired of it…somedays i dont even want to get out of bed

I would get an appointment to a Podiatrist, and get it checked out properly. Neuropathy will cause numbness and tingling etc., but you need to see a specialist. Good luck.

Consider a Magnesium supplement of about 400mg. Magnesium helps the nerve pain and the leg cramps and nearly all diabetics are low in it.
Also, consider a Chromium supplement of about 400mcg (nobody knows for sure how much of this should be taken but at 400mcg, my blood sugars have normalized without meds). The Chromium helps the cells to accept the sugars that are in the blood stream (the opposite effect of insulin-resistance is cell sensitivity to insulin). Chromium makes the cells more sensitive to insulin and therefore the cells use the sugars that are in the blood more efficiently. This may cause blood sugar numbers to be lowered. Taking Chromium has helped me to gain control of my numbers by diet and exercise, without meds.
My two cents! Best to You!

You might want to see a specialist to rule out charcot
Disease. Its one of the list of extra things that goes along with diabetes. Its painful and if it goes on treated you
could face bone problems or worse. Good luck.

Hi, when you fast your liver produces glucagon this is a type of sugar and if you are insulin resistant your readings will be high. Have you considered the possibility that you may have a bunion on your left foot? Or intermitent claudication? Good luck, hugs…LISA
