I recently bought this in chocolate flavor and I love it! I don't have any spikes in BS and it has 19 g sugar total with one cup of fat free milk, 4 g fiber, 5g protein, 150 calories, 0.5 grams fat, low sodium only 60 mg, has lots of antioxidants 45% RDA of vitamin A, 50% of daily calcium need, 50% RDA of Vit C, and has lots of B vitamins. I don't see anything on the ingredients list that concerns me. Has anyone else tried this and what do you think? I posted it on the 'diet' section. I am always looking for good new things to try and alwys trying to post what I have found. A few ingredients listed I don't know what they are but what I do know about that is bad, I don't see. There are some artificial ingredients.

I love it! I have been using it for more than 10 years and it helps hold my appetite for a couple of hours!

I like it and have used it as a basis for a smoothie - add ice cubes, a little cocoa powder and coffee and half a banana. I have to have protein to go with it though or it does not sustain my blood sugar and I end with a hypoglycemic episode. Also I am cheap and I keep looking at the price of it and thinking it is really just powdered milk with cocoa, splenda and vitamins = why don't I make up my own mix for pennies instead of buying the exoensive Canation brand packages. Like I said, I'm cheap!

I've tried this and it is good. And like you, it didn't produce blood sugar spikes. That, along with the carb count, is what I judge a new product by.
