since becoming type 2 in sept have been experimenting on myself to find out what does and does not work.
1.make the lifestyle change and deal with it.
2.stick with it,stop making excuses
3.knowing just what raises and lowers BS
4.avoid though's thing that do,and stop crying about it.
5.cut back on the amount of food you eat,learn portion control
6.exersize there is no excuse,i know para-plejic people out there that exersize more than most of the general public
7.live life don't let this bump in the road slow you down
8.help others to accomplish this feat
9.remember it's your choice to be who and what you are
10.have a wonderful new year with lower BS
