I was laying in bed one morning a few years ago listening to my radio. I never sleep good even with all the meds I take. The voice on the radio was giving pointers on ways to help children get better sleep…it works for adults too.
The voice said dress your child in comfy pj's and warm clean sox on the feet, mittens or sox on the hands and a light weight hat. NO scarf as strangulation is a risk.
Now I know this all sounds bulky and maybe excessive but I have tried it and it helps when I am not awake due to pain.
