As I read they say to bake, broil or BBQ. What is wrong with frying
your meals?

Ya gotta restrict the fried foods…but yanno occasionally…ya gotta enjoy some too! …I totally believe in a healthy diet…but…every now and then you have to enjoy something you dont get to enjoy often so you feel good about the whole diet thing :) Not alot!…just every now and then :)

It's just another one of those things we have grown up with and have grown to love, but have to avoid. Don't you just love the word AVOID? Like so many things, it will take some time, bit the alternates are just as tasty with some experimentation. Could go into more detail, but I have to run and see Col. Sanders! LOL

Its very good to the taste but we have to just give in and let it go. I bake and broil and grille a whole lot. And I just love baked chicken now, with lots of veggies.

I agree w/ Harlen. All the greese and fat is definately not good for you or your heart. We need you to stick around. I have found baking is alot quicker and tastier.
