Good advice from Susie. Get some glycerna and drink it a small bit at a time. Even make it into pudding. It has lots of the nutrients we need. Good luck and keep us posted. By the way, how high is your bg? Are you newly diagnosed? Try to get your bg under control and your appetite may follow.

If you can't eat much of anything else and have no problem with soy I would still recommend them. They are diabetic friendly and helpful in certain situations.

Betsie, How do you make glucerna into a pudding? I use it for when I don't feel like eating breakfast. But, pudding would make me feel like I am splurging!

Have you talked to your doctor, you need to,for your sake.you cannot continue to force yourself to eat,if nothing else fix yourself a salad add chicken, fish or thin strips of beef or pork, then just eat a few bites, dont add any dressing keep that on the side dip your fork into as you eat ,eat just what you want or can tolorate then set aside until a little later, Ilearned to do that when I was on chemo. and could not eat but a few bites without getting sick.
