I have been diabetic for 23 yrs. I was in excellent control for the first 10 yrs thanks to help from theDCCT. However, I constantly find it difficult to monitor and so on. I am complication free which makes focusing on control even harder, Any suggestions???

Control thats the hard one isnt it .
You have no complications yet-But if you let it run wild
you will have complications and you have done so good.
Why give it up now ??????
Go to to diabetec center neer you and look at all the peaple that didnt take care of it do you like your feet, eyes, kidnees there is some much that will go wrong not may go rong but will !!!!
I will fight till I am gone and even then I mite just fight longer lol
Its your life how do you wish to live it ?????
I wish you the best
