Does Cinnamon really help control blood sugars?

I have heard that cinnamon helps control blood sugars. What do you know?

I tried it and it didnt do a thing other then make my tea a bit bittter sorry for them that think it helps
But who knows it may help some ????????

There is no concrete evidence that it will work for the majority of people. Some people say it helps, some say it doesn't, some studies say it helps, some say it doesn't. The only way to find out is to test it. Try taking a certain amount of cinnamon for 6 weeks and then stop taking it for 6 weeks but you have to make sure you change nothing else, no medication changes, no diet changes, no changes in physical activity.

Contrary to what some people say the reason drug companies show little interest in it isn't because they can't make money from it but more because it doesn't work for the masses and isn't worth the time to see if it's possible to engineer a drug from it.

I can tell you that when I tried it didn't lower my blood sugar at all but when I stopped my blood sugar an average went down fractionally for a few days.
