When my levels are high, my legs are normal color and no foot pain. When my levels are normal, alot of foot pain and legs are so red, people stare and ask if I am ok.

Pain in the feet and legs are often one of the curses of diabetes, esspecially the lomger you have it. I just usually live with it. My wife uses a lotion. The redness could be from your pant legs Santa! LOL Best wishes.

Welcome Jason,I do not know how long you have been diabetic, but the foot pain goes along with it and I would suppose redness in the legs also. My sister aaand I both are diabetics, and we both have that problem.
