Two web sites that might be of help to you is and the other is also found another they will all tell you that the best plan is the plateplan. Hope these will be of some help to you. This is a little off the subject but is still on ths diabetes line as well.If you or anyone needs help with meds contact [sanofi aventis] you might qualify for free or low cost meds.

Diabetes is such an individualized disease that no one plan is going to be beneficial. Its important for you to test and experiment with different foods to determine was is most friendly to your body.

Once you figure out which foods you tolerate the best its easier to build a meal plan.

There are some general rules of thumb like multi grain rather then white bread (if you can tolerate bread) but its really just a case of having to experiment.

It takes time to figure this out, and then sometimes it changes for no reason, I figured that it would take a year to settle in to the changes I needed to make. I still experiment, and make adjustments.

Set your personal goals, as long as you are reducing your carbs, testing your glucose levels and making adjustments as you go it'll be okay.

What modifications are you making to Weight Watchers. I did that plan over 20 years ago and it was great. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and am struggling to find a meal plan I like. I would like to use WW. Thanks.
