Also I would suggest that you take a look at our website, there is tons of good stuff for low glycemic meals and snacks as well as nutritionals. Also I do send a weekly email, "Healthy Living" that has a recipe of the week. If anyone is interested in getting it free of charge and without any pressure, please let me know where you want it sent. Why would I do this?…Because I have learned that its not how much you know…its how much you care. Good Luck and healthy living to all!!

Welcome to this site and g'day. So much for my Australian! Click on the recipe section of this site Another good one with tons of recipes is: Wish fresh seafood was abundant here in Arizona. Haven't found a good recipe for road runner yet. LOL.
