I know this is about diabetese discussions, but I wanted to make an announcement, had an appointment with my oncologist yeserday and was given my release.I am now five years cancer free, have lost a little weight and my a1c was 6.6 down from 7,so I feel like I am sitting on top of the world. Thank you my friend for your support.

Great news Suzie. You are T2 so any good news is a plus in our lives. I don't know which is worse, cancer or being diabetic. My numbers have come back zero for two years now. There are some cures for some cancers, but no cures for diabetes, only management with some work. Glad for your news, and best wishes.
