I Have been doing water theropy in a 91 degree pool for about 13 months now. It has worked wonders. The doc is so proud of my numbers. I also have HBP, sleep apnea, thyroid disorder, high cholesterol, arthritis, suffer with depression, I also have a slipped disc in my back. I have massive pain to work out on land. The pool theropy is wonderful. All of my check ups are right on. I still take meds for all this. If you add some kind of exercise…regularly it really does help. The warm water is awesome. Has anyone else found this to work?

Good job, I know how hard it is to exercise "on land". I was doing great in my pool until I developed a foot ulcer ( from not checking my feet) So I have missed out the pool routine since July. Mine isn't heated, so only April-Sept. is good for me. Keep up the good work.
