I was proud of myself this year. I didn't over eat or blow up my blood sugar.

Thanks to everyone who commented. Sometimes you feel like the only one out there, it's nice to know you're not alone and that someone understands what you're going through.

Thats awesome! I actually used a smaller plate than everyone else, did my best with portion control [slipped and had a very small glass of wine tho] and my sugar was 135. Not perfect, but considering they were well over 300 before, Id have to say I'm pretty happy with myself lol.

Congratulations to all who did well. I didn't do too badly myself. I ate so little my hubbie thought he was eating dinner alone…LOL…Not often he doesn't have to worry about getting his share before I scarf it all up!!!

I said before Thanksgiving I would eat a little of everything I wanted, and I did. Maybe not perfect, but making progress.

Good for all of you who managed to managed!
