Yessss they have finally arrived …
But one question ; if I remember well , the ones I had in US were with red skin and pumpkin colour inside. The ones I have received now are with red skins but yellow inside ( like regular potatos) . In this case what I bought excatly?Anyone who has any ideas? God hope I bought the correct ones.I don't wanna make something dangerous to my lovely , adorable , gorgeous hubby :)

Yes there are many different types of sweet potatoes, some better than others, and we also have what is called white sweet potatoes here in the states and I believe that is what you have .They are about the same maybe just a litttle different in taste.

There are many different varieties of sweet potato and they all have slightly different colors of skin and flesh. It sounds like you have got some kind of sweet potato but I'm not sure which. I believe the white fleshed ones are more common on a worldwide scale and the orange flesh are more common in the US.
