Both of my shoulders, roter cuffs, are hurting real bad. Our elevator doors are antique, I am sure and they weigh like crazy. They have both of my shoulders which I had surgery on years ago, all hurting and flared up.

Please pray for my healing as the stairs are not an option all the time either due to my knee. I am clearly going to have to use the stairs more but I am hurting.
Thank you,

One of my shoulders froze after surgery because I was not perscribed the proper PT. It took a long time in PT to get that shoulder to let go. When it did, there was this loud pop and a rush of blood and oxygen sent to the shoulder where the circulation had been cut off from for so long. It scared me until I realized what had happened.

Oh Turtle, I know what it's like to hurt bad and I am lifting you up in my prayers. God gives me the strength that I need each day and takes my pain away and I am believing that your pain will be gone soon. Always remember that He loves you so much and will never leave you nor forsake you. May God bless you.
