Yes, that's true and what is good for one person might not be good for another person. Most of all please pay attention to how you feel when you take something new and always research it on the computer and with your pharmacist. This is how I found out that I was having a bad reaction to Metformin..

Your right Sam there is so much out their we can have an allergic reaction to and not even know your allergic to it. So it's best to talk to your doctors first. That's how I found out with a dose of penicillin that I was extremely allergic.

My wifwe being a schoolteacher of 32 years reminded me of all the kids who had some kind of unusual allergies to the most average things ,Jusdt as an electrician I learned never take it for granted that thepower is off or may turn out the one shock wonder . lol
