Dear Friends ,
My husband was diagnosed as prediabetic 3 months ago and the dietician gave him a diet list to control his weight and blood glucose.It was looking quite hard for him so that I decided to follow the same list and so did I.He succeded to lose almost 13 kg ( apprx 26 lb) and I lost 4 kg (8lb). I deeply believe that other family members also should follow the same diet in order to give full support to the diabetic ones.
