I am tired all the time
Is it my diabetes getting to me? My levels have been fluctuating a lot and some are really hi for me. Is it the weather? My move? Everything? I am just so sluggish. I am tired ALL of the time.

Hi Turtle!
When was the last time your thyriod was checked?
Also do you know if you're snoring? Have you ever been tested for sleep apnea?
Both conditions can make you feel sluggish and tired.
*hugs*
Thank you every one for all your caring comments. Yes I snore, yes I have sleep apnea and stop breathing in my sleep. My bg's have been all over the map and if this darn pain does not get better soon I guess maybe I will just cry. I have not done that yet. I do not cry easily.
If I ever say anything that hurts any of you please let me know right away. ok? Please? I just found out I hurt someone back a little and I do not even remember but this person was hurt and I will never mean to hurt anyone here. PLEASE help me keep my personal lines of communication open k? Thank you my friends.

Sorry you are tired and having a hard time right now. Give yourself a break Turtle. You have been through a lot of changes and a move. I know when I am in a new place it always takes awhile to get adjusted to sleeping because you hear so many sounds you are not accustomed too. Try putting on soft music when you go to sleep to drown out some of the other noises. Pamper yourself and relax.
I am sure that the events of the last weeks and months are finally catching up with you. I am always more tired when my bs is out of control. Hang in there and keep us posted as things improve - and they will:).

Turtle,
I hope everything works out for you. Keep your chin up! Good luck!
I agree with above, it is probably a culmination of all the changes you've had recently. I don't know if your fibromyalgia effects you the way it does me, but this time of year, my body goes thru changes. I hurt more, I am more apt to be tired, I get more depressed and often have panic attacks. So, it may be your body reacting to the weather changes. Hang in there. Suzy
I'd be willing to bet it's life catching up with in addition to you taking all your proper meds now. My guess is your body is recovering from all your recent stress. Hang tough and talk to your nurse, let her know how you're feeling.
Good luck!
Turtle,
Hang in there girl, we all go through the same feelings. Try to stay active, if not physically, then mentally. You might need to adjust your meds, or review your diet. Just like my kidney stones…this too shall pass. Good luck and feel better.
