I found this discussion way back. http://www.diabeticconnect.com/discussions/336-no-excuse-excersise-program#scrollTo_discussion_message_34019_content

and it was the most helpful for me. It was simple and I mapped it out...speaking of which...I need to start again, so I am glad I found this too. It got me to really look forward to exercise. I got all out of wack with a big move, but I'm settled now and going to get back on board. Want to join me?

To loose weight, start off by cutting down on carbs. White bread. White rice. Anything that is more of a filler. Also, anything processed. If it comes out of a box or a can, you can make it better and healthier for you to eat. Do that, add some walking. Start off low and slow. Progress up as you feel you can.
Do those 2 things and you will notice the weight comming off.
Good luck.

Proper diet, exercise & take your meds. These are the best ways to lower your weight & not raise your BS…at least that is what I've been told. Probable to generic huh? Good luck.
