I have tried 3 different statins and all have caused leg and body cramps within 1 to 3 months of taking doctor has said I could contract rhabdomyisis.. which is a muscle wasting condition that is non reversible, so my question is what is the best way of controlling cholesterol if you already eat sensibly and your liver just keeps overmaking it… what is the best natural remedy??

I know most people don't want to hear this but it is exercise. It doesn't have to be strenuous and it can be as simple as walking, but you have to keep moving. You don't have to do it all at one time. You can break it down into smaller segments.
One interesting fact that I will throw in just to get you thinking is that you burn less calories while you watch television than while you are sleeping!

Have you ever heard of Red Rice Yeast? You can get it at health stores and my friend swears by it. Another option might be to take niacin at night. Good luck.
