Get yourself the book, "Reversing Diabetes" by Julian Whitaker. It's available here and at Amazon for about $14. He goes through all the vitamins and supplements, decribes what they will do for you. Everyone needs their own combination. His major point is that if your sugar is high, your body flushes it out in the urine. At the same time, it flushes out vitamins and minerals, leaving you deficient. I've been on his regime for two years now and have reversed the neuropathy damage I was suffering, plus increased my energy.

It's nice to know you heard about Julian Whitakers…I signed up for his news letters…I was wondering if what he talks about were true… now I know what he says in the news letters can have some truth to it… because I read that he said you could reverse neuropathy…and he talks about diabetes a lot…as a matter of fact …he talks about everything…I am getting ready to read something he wrote about…That is… reversing heart disease without drugs… I just wish his clinic was here… I will be buying his book…I'm very happy that you were able to reverse the neuropathy…Thanks

It's no cure-all, but he passes along a lot of common-sense information that has worked very well for my type 1 and my husband's type 2. As with everything, you have to see if it works for you. I do buy his vitamins directly now, getting them individually at the health store was costing a fortune, versus $30-60/month with his.
