boy I went and done it tonight. I was really hungry at dinnertime. It was like I had no control! I ate too much, was uncomfortable right away. So, I tested in 2 hours and sure enough…163. Now I am feeling like a total jerk. I have been doing so well. Well, tomorrow is another day. Here's to better choices and PORTION CONTROL!! Suzy

I totally relate to your experience. The good news is that knowledge sets us free and when we screw up the important thing is to get right back up on the horse and begin again. None of us are perfect which is why we stumble and fall but never giving up is the spirit to hang on to and inch by inch success will be made.

We all slip from time to time. The important thing is to let it go. You don't want one slip to turn into a series of slips. Just put a positive spin on it, now you know what happens when you over eat.
I would recommend that when this happens you go for a walk. 15 minutes or so will definately help lower the numbers.

Not over eating is often hard for me to do also. I usually feel terrible afterwords, but we must take it a day at a time and try to do better next time.

don't beat yourself up…you can't go back and undo…treat the high the best you can and move on…did you sit down later and do it again…probably not…will you do it again tomorrow…probably not…consider it a lesson learned and a momment of weakness. We all have out of control moments. No one is perfect.

I have personally had many moments that I lost control over the last 41 years…do I feel bad after…you bet…do I forget all about taking care of myself and give up…NO

Hope my pep talk helps…
