I don't have the problem, but Dr. Bernstein, whose program I follow, recommends Evening Primrose oil. You can check out his website and read some of his book for free.

I tried the evening primrose oil and it helped a little. I just got to where I was spending $100's on supplements each month and I just could not afford it.
There is also a topical spray that I have been told about called Biofreeze and it is supposed to help a lot with the pain. I have not ordered any of it, but you can get it from a chiropractor or podietrist.

Biofreeze also comes as ointment and roll on. I use it for my aches and pains from overdoing things at work sometimes as I do a lot of heavy lifting. A lot of physical therapists and massage therapist carry it also.

The only thing that is helping me is keeping my feet moist with lotions made especially for feet. Then I keep them in good tick socks. This keeps a lot of the annoying pain at bay, specially when I sleep. One thing is to use only foot lotions, I found the ones with perfumes and scents made my feet go nuts.
