When I get back from a day at the pool I want a crunchy snack that won't send my sugar soaring. Any ideas Please.

I've worked for the leading 'snack' maker in the world for almost 28yrs now. Believe me it's something they're working on. Getting it to taste good is another thing! Hopefully our scientists will find something that'll just click soon!

I've never been able to find excellent low carb snack foods in my local grocery store, so I buy mine online. Here are a few of my favorites and the links to where you can purchase them online.

Dixie Texas Cornitas-Oven Baked Cornchips

Dixie Texas Toasters- Good n' Plain

Flax Z Snax Cinnamunch Pork Skins

Kay's Naturals Protein Chips
Chili Nacho Cheese 1.5 oz

RW Garcia Tortilla Chips Flax Spicy

Spinny Chips 1.5 oz bag

Sugar free pudding with a graham cracker crushed up mixed in with lite cool whip= tastes almost like a piece of pie

chocolate sugar free pudding with lite whipped cream mixed in tastes like mousse. don't forget the good oldd stand by of baby carrots and low fat salad dressing or salsa. There are many 100 calorie snacks packs on the market now that you should be able to find something that satifies you. good luck.

Those 100 calorie snacks have too many carbs. Carbs are what sends my sugar out of sight.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks but that isn't what I am looking for. I want crunchy not a snack type. I do use sugar free pudding for a desert.

Yep, pork rinds are tasty! Also, various types of nuts like walnuts are good. Be careful though, there are complex carbs in walnuts and other nuts! Too much can raise your blood sugar.

Thank you all for your suggestions. They are appreciated and I will try them until I find something I really like. Seems all snack food has too many carbs.

Tried the pork rinds today. No carbs and no sugar. That is a good thing. Don't care for the taste too much but they will do.
