apple cider vinegar

Hello everyone! I was reading on here about the apple cider vinegar so I went to the grocery store and bought a bottle. Iv'e been putting two tblsp. in a glass of water and drinking it down real quick before brekfeast and dinner, Iv'e only been doing it for two days now and seriously my off and on sweating after eating is stopping. Either is mind over matter or it is really doing something I am still taking my meds and insulin but everything is getting more under control. It doesn't taste very good but I drink it down fast. I am pretty happy about it.

I JUST tried the same thing and my neighbors heard me vomiting after I drank it! I then learned it's much easier to do the vinegar as a "shot" and chug the water down afterward. I read it's very acidic, though, so you may not want to do it that way for your teeth's sake.

I also read that if you put it on a baked potato that it reduces the spike in your bs afterwards.

I take it before every meal. It is hard to swallow first thing in the morning, but if there is even the slightest possibility that it might help, I will do it. Personally I have seen some improvement, but you have to be diligent about taking it and it took a few weeks before I noticed anything.
