Today i quit smoking …again i keep trying lol
i also want to let you guys know that my numbers are doing better my doctor told me to keep them between 90- 150 all the time so that is my goal
i have been really watching what i eat avoid ice cream even when everyone else has it
I have been making my own mixed nuts and eating alot of those…i am a snacker and theses and the cheese sticks work really well at keeping me full. Stress levels are always crazy lol working on it too…
Has any mom or dad used the flylady system to help organize and control life as well as diabetes?
