Both of my knees hurt and it goes up and down my legs. Actually, as I was signing on, I realized my arms hurt too.

Perhaps part of my pain is my fibromyalgia and I am out of the meds I need for that.

I am very tired and just want to sleep.

Thank you everyone for your support and kind words. I am supposed to get my med. coupon after I move into my assisted living place. Then I can get all of my meds I hope.

Right now, I am about to go crazy w/ the pain. I do not understand, the pain was supposed to be better after my surgery. It is not…it is only different.

I am up again at 12:30 am with pain in my surgical knee. I am tied of all this pain. I am sorry to gripe so much. There are others who are far worse shape than me, I am sure and they do not gripe.
I will go back into my shell in a minute and try to hide from the pain.

Turtle, is there any way you can go to your Doctor or ER to get some relief for that pain? You need to get some sleep!

Theraputic Massage is wonderful for fibromyalgia and diabetics too. Please, just make sure your therapist is trained in theraputic massage before you let them touch you!

Hi Turtle! I too have fibromyalgia, and, take meds. for that. I will get really bad pains from my hips down my legs, and, yes my arms will hurt also if I do not take my meds. You need to make sure you have your meds. for that! I would not be able to function without the tramadol or lyrica,it takes the edge off. My knee's also, sometimes I have so much swelling and pain in my knee's that I limp. I do hope you get your meds. soon. I feel for you…Take care of yourself Turtle, hope this has helped you some.

I take Lyrica too but have been without over a month. I cannot afford to buy it. Hopefully, my medical coupon will go thru soon.

What a shame that you have to go without medication because you can't afford it!! That is just not right at all. I hope it comes through soon for you! I have free insurance, what a blessing! Is there a way you may able to get some form of free care? Hang in there,I know that really bites!

For those of you who don't know… you can get your meds free from the mfg. if you don't have ins. find out who makes your drug and go to the web site and look for "free meds" or something along those lines and they will tell you how to download or fill out the forms right there then print and get them to your dr. The dr. faxes them back and you can get your meds sent to you (Lyrica from Lilly) or sent to the drs office (like Cymbalta). If you have ins. check out "Needymeds.com" website. You will find something on there that will help even if you are in the donut hole! I know 'cause it worked for my Mom. It may be $ off or a coupon or they may send a month of free meds. Just check it out and see what fits you best.
