I feel so tired! I have to get up during the week for various appts. and I am still working on getting my strength back from being so ill. I fell asleep in my chair yesterday for a short nap. I need to be packing but I have a feeling, a nap is emminent today too.

listen to your body's cues hon! If you need to pack, set your timer and do it for 15 minute increments, then rest for a bit. You'll slowly but surely get it done, and you won't feel so guilty about needing to rest. Hope this helps!

Good advice. Is there any family or friends close by that could help you pack? By the way, did you get a place to go yet? Being on the east coast and you on the west coast isn't going to help you much but I wish I could help.

Yes, I have found a place to go. It is a place that will accept me with my abilities as well as with my disabilities.

I do not have anyone really who can help me pack.

oh sorry to her of your tierd ness i fell that way when my glucoes is out of wack. hope that is not your problem. yes packing can be very tireing. even if you have some one do all the moving belive me i know what that is like in the last 15 years i have moved 5 times and all diferent countries have been here the longest 5 yrs. just take your time all will come to gether. hugs
