hey guys i am diabetic but i am caregiver for my mom 87 and aunt 91 any tips on controling the stress that comes with it thanks for your replys

I did for my mom 10 years.she rarely went outside due to a very low immune system. Plus we lived in the country.So i found it nice to be able to just sit outside and enjoy my morning i got a pomeranian 8 years ago.she's. Has a Very friendly and outgoing personality.a take her for walks. I visit with neighbours time to time.i even do a lil something time 2 time.I've learned that all these things makes life less stressful. For me.

I know it's probably hard to find a little time for yourself, but put aside a little part of the day for you. Read or indulge in your favorite craft or tv show. I know you must be really busy with 2 elderly relatives to care for. And I know it sounds crazy but it works for me…deep breathing. It really helps me let go of some stress.
