Recently diagnosed and dr is letting me try diet and exercise on my own to lower my sugar. Morning fasting has been in the mid-200's then in the afternoon around 3pm I've gotten it down to the mid-100's, I've gotten it as low as 117 but then it starts to rise again. How can I make it more steady? This morning I messed up and had something I shouldn't have and it went all the way up to 265 then after my lunch of protein and salad it was 180. What can I do and how long will it take?
