Thanks guys! I appreciate your help! I tried eating oatmeal for breakfast, but it seemed to spike my blood sugar up really high. I’m also on an omipod and I know it doesn’t give you all your insulin at one time either.. I think that may be why I can’t do the oatmeal.

Usually it is just eggs, my other option is oatmeal with sugar free syrup for a little flavor.

My 2 go-to breakfasts are 1) oatmeal with reduced sugar cranberries and diced apples and cinnamon, or 1 scrambled egg on 1 piece rye toast. One cup regular coffee followed by 1 cup of decaf coffee with fat free half and half and a few drops of Stevia organic extract. Then off to the gym or yoga.

I usually have some eggs overeasy with toast. Sometimes I have peanut butter on bagel with banana slices on it. My third choice would be turkey or ham on toast or bagel.

In my house there is no such thing as breakfast food. It comes down to leftovers from dinner or a sandwich.

My 30 carb gram breakfast each morning consists of 2 slices of RyeVita Sesame Crisp bread, covered with 1/3 cup of Fage brand Plain Greek Yogurt and topped with 2 large fresh strawberries cut into 16 pieces sprinkled with a bit of Splenda and coffee with cream. Sometimes, I replace the strawberries with 20 to 24 blueberries depending upon the size of the berries. It's like having a little bit of pastry without all of the pastry carbs.
