Diabetes can be really difficult and completely hijack the day..or week. But every now and then, it's like I'm unstoppable.
Today, I decided to just go for it. I had coffee and a big jelly donut for breakfast. For lunch, glazed chicken, potato casserole, cheesy pasta. For dinner, breaded fish and salad. I was somewhat aggressive with my insulin and maintained blood sugar between 75 and 140 all day long. Here's hoping for day two!
