This year I have a new personal challenge for the holidays. I have the sugar free baking down so the dishes I make will be as diabetic friendly as possible. I'm sure there will also be a few forbidden treats. My challenge is enjoying the holiday foods without taxing my newly dxd gastritis. I'm still coming to terms with the care and feeding of a sensitive stomach. A large meal will cause future discomfort and I'm not talking about after dinner bloat. Really going to have to be careful from now on, but I do like some turkey with cranberry relish. Happy Holidays everyone!
