I have been experiencing some bad yeast infections lately. Is this normal for Type 2 diabetes? What is the best cure?

High sugars feed the fungus that make yeast infections. Keeping your sugars in check is the first step. After that I just use a standard over the counter yeast insert and hope I can get the highs under control by the time it's cleaned things out.

For fungal/yeast Infections I have used Loprox 0.77% cream for about 6 years. It is by Dr only, generic is Ciclopiox 0.77% cream. I hope this helps you. Cara
