Does Stevia used to replace Sweet & Low (sugar) drive blood sugar down?

Stevia is a natural sweetner (very very sweet) that actaully has no carbs in it and provides you with 1g of fiber. WooHoo! So it doesn't have an effect to lower your sugar perse, but it doesn't add to your sugar. I use it and Xylitol for differnt things. Overall though, I am trying to limit my "sweet" tastes so I can just eat more naturally.
Visit where you can learn more and purchase it if you can't find it at your local grocery store.

I was wondering. Seems to have taken my wakeing blood sugar down. I am not sure, I didn't change my diet. I saw a couple of 200's but maybe 1 or 2 Hr. after eating. I never took blood sugar more then twice a day before. Now I get 97 to 125 or so.
