Do you have to take medicines or can you just change your diet? My blood sugar is 136 and I am already on meds for COPD.

have you been to the doctor? Did he/she suggest medications? I would think the first step would be to consult a doctor and go from there. While you're waiting to get in to the doc, change your diet. Please keep us posted!

It's possible but not for everyone, it depends on your body really. Diet and exercise should be the foundation and then you build on that if needed.

There are so many factors in whether or not you take pills, insulin, or are able to use diet to control your blood sugar. Have you seen a doctor? And if so, what do they say you should do. I know not all doctors are the smartest thing, but they are a great place to start and then go from there…

Good luck
