This diet is very much out there on our site. Many of us follow it and have shared the benefits of it and the ways to make it work for out diabetes and overall health.

This article is by a woman with PCOS and how her efforts to change her life was focused on having children one day. She gives some great points on things to know and understand about a Ketogenic diet and how we can use these to help us not give up when we feel like something is not going right.

Wonderful article about this diet. Thank you for sharing with us all. I was unsuccessful with it however. I'm glad others have had better results than me. This diet is a hard one but a goodie!

Thanks for sharing this article with us, Gabby. I read it and plan to give it a try when my local supermarket reopens after remodeling. Without a car, it is a real pill to take the bus and do a lot of walking and waiting in the summer heat & humidity. I'm going to look for more of her articles and books. I liked some of the food suggestions she made as they're simple and doable for me.
