So I've been told that my diabetic situation is somewhat different than most for the simple fact that I had a transplant. I'm under the impression that I will fluctuate worst than others due to the transplant. Is this true.

Did you have diabetes before the transplant? What do you do in an attempt to control your diabetes? If you had diabetes prior to your transplant, was your control good? Without knowing more, it's difficult to offer suggestions that could be helpful.

A transplant of what organ? Body reactions to stress and healing may cause spikes, but I am not sure it would be eternal?

Not enough information given , what kind of Transplant and what is your diabetes type , diet, and medications. To many variables in the mix to even make an educated guess.
