Today I was so hungry and I felt the way I do when I'm having an insulin reaction you know shaky and light headed. When I tested my sugar on my first break it was 209 I gave my insulin for my snack and insulin for my correction. 2hrs later for lunch I was starving I checked my sugar it was 170 I still felt shaky and lightheaded I only had the flippin peach it wasn't even a large one. Today was a drag I don't know what was going on only that I felt bad all day. Glad to be home. Has this ever happend to any one?

Try keeping cup a soup in our desk for those times when you need something more than a peach. Plus you need a complex carb to go with the fruit with a small amount of protein. I have had times like yours and I agree that it is a good indicator that you are getting sick. Feel better soon.
