"worse" due to lack of feeling (numbness)?

loss of feeling in my fingers was my first sign of neuropathy some 7-8 years back, then almost 3 years ago I was diagnosed with severe sensory and motor neuropathy in my legs and feet, which has made walking very challenging, so …
as Gabby mentioned have a talk with your doctor. perhaps some testing is in order to be sure it is actually neuropathy. I also use Alpha Lipoic Acid as well as Gamma Lipoic Acid (evening Primrose oil) and vitamin C. other suggestions would be to do hand exercises and to keep your blood glucose levels as close to normal as possible.
Neuropathy is incredibly frustrating as there are really no "cures". best bet is to have a healthy, active lifestyle … and never give up!

Have you talked to your doctor about it? I know that I take Alpha Lipoic acid and it seems to have helped in my feet. Not sure if it would help otherwise, but I don't see why it wouldn't. I hope you find a solution. That has to be incredibly frustrating.
