Hey everyone, I just got back from my first visit to a podiatrist. i've been seeing a vascular dr. for the poor circulation in my legs and feet. I have to go back for a nerve test in 2 wks, in the meantime i'm to start taking Mentax
which she says will help in healing the nerves. can anyone tell me about this med and side effects? The Dr. said its like a powerful vitamin. thanks for your help.

Sorry, I mispelled the name, its Metanx. its a type of vitamin. its a combination of B-1 and B-12 vitamins. if you go to the WEBMD site and look under the name, you can see some very positive comments about it.

I have extreme foot pain, I started wearing the fitness shoes made by skecher about two weeks ago and have had very good relief from the foot pain that I have endured for over ten years. I hope this may help others as well.
